Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Our client is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to service instruments in NSW hospitals and private sites with interstate support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and maintenance of robotic automation instrumentation in Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Haematology, Anatomical, and Molecular areas of Pathology.
  • Participation in a 24/7 on-call roster resolving breakdowns out-of-hours as required.
  • Providing technical service and telephone troubleshooting advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary or post-trade qualification in Electronic or Electromechanical Engineering is essential.
  • Experience with electromechanical, fluidic, and computer-controlled equipment is desirable.
  • Background with diagnostic analysers in pathology is advantageous.
  • An independent worker with strong communication skills.
Suitable Candidate:
  • Mid-Senior level candidates with industry experience.
