About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Manager to join our team at Grandshake, a rapidly growing Brisbane-based SkillsTech Startup. As a Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in capturing new opportunities and driving growth in partnerships and student engagement.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and community engagement strategies to drive student recruitment and retention.
  • Foster new channel partnerships across our target regions using a scalable approach.
  • Engage with existing partners to boost student engagement per school.
  • Represent Grandshake at local or national events as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the product team to design and deploy product launch and engagement campaigns.
  • Work with marketing partners and national student ambassadors to drive student recruitment and engagement.
  • Use data analytics tools to increase the lifetime value of our partnerships.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in marcoms or partnership-related roles.
  • Experience in planning and implementing effective marketing and community engagement plans.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and work autonomously.
  • Collaborative spirit, positive, proactive, and growth mindset.

  • 0.8 full-time role hours per week, with flexible work hours and a hybrid workplace.
