Job Title

We are seeking a talented and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at Elysia Wellness Retreat. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the beauty industry and want to grow their career in a luxury setting.

Job Description

As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beauty treatments in a serene and guest-focused environment. Your role will include providing a range of beauty treatments to the highest professional standards, offering personalized advice to support each guest's beauty and wellness goals, and promoting products to enhance guest experiences and encourage repeat visits.

You will work closely with our spa and wellness team to create a warm, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests. Your expertise will be valued and respected, and you will have the opportunity to learn and perform new beauty, body, and massage treatments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A diploma in Beauty Therapy is essential.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort spa is preferred but not essential.
  • Availability to work across a range of shifts, including weekends.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to adapt treatments to guest needs.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow your career in a luxury setting.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
