We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team.
The role is fast-paced and incredibly rewarding, enabling you to:
- Assist individuals in their recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness.
- Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios.
- Deliver counseling to people experiencing sudden changes in their career goals and circumstances.
- Support individuals to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
The ideal candidate will have full AHPRA or ASORC registration. Provisional Psychologists with an interest in Occupational Rehabilitation are welcome to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesOur Rehabilitation Therapist will be responsible for:
- Providing assessment and treatment services to injured workers and other clients.
- Developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress.
