
High Value Client Strategist

Key Role: As a core member of our team, you will be the main point of contact for high-value clients, delivering exceptional service to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Your role will involve driving client acquisition and relationship management, providing expert account management, customer service, and trade execution. You will nurture relationships with existing clients, promoting a healthy pipeline of prospective business that reflects our premium client proposition.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with internal teams on pricing, reporting, and ad-hoc requests
- Working closely with internal teams to meet sales and KPI targets
- Selling our product offerings and services to both existing and potential clients
- Providing proactive support and managing client relationships
- Live market dealing for direct and indirect clients
We seek an ambitious individual who is curious about the client experience, tech developments, and fintech regulation. A confident, creative thinker with a knack for innovating, able to try new ideas and lead the way in creating inspiring experiences for clients and colleagues alike.
Requirements:
A minimum of four years' experience in selling financial products and services, preferably in broking and/or derivative sales. Knowledge of CFDs is desirable, as is a track record of contacts with High Net Worth/Professional trading clients.
Self-motivation, a proactive approach, and the ability to work at a consistently high standard are essential. An education to degree level with relevant RG146 certificates is also required.
