
High-Value Client Liaison

This role is responsible for delivering tailored service and support to high-value clients, driving loyalty and optimizing their experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth or high-volume clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. They will be able to partner with internal teams to coordinate initiatives, feature rollouts, and support resolution, as well as implement engagement strategies and manage inbound enquiries.
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients, providing personalized account management and tailored support.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver outcomes for clients, including Compliance and Marketing.
- Implement VIP engagement strategies, including personalized outreach, exclusive offers, and invitations to events.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform CoinJar's product and service enhancements.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-net-worth or high-volume clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with a calm and solution-oriented approach to client interactions.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or relationship management, preferably in financial services, crypto, or high-value customer segments.
- In-depth knowledge of institutional client structures and expertise in Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs).
- Fluent in English, with clear and professional communication.
