Your knowledge of payment schemes, Visa, and FPA will directly impact customer satisfaction and transaction efficiency. You will ensure the seamless integration of fraud detection, token assurance, and smarter fraud monitoring to safeguard our customers' transactions.

  • Prioritize system enhancements to align with strategic digital initiatives
  • Collaborate on transitioning to tokenisation and improving fraud prevention
  • Analyse and resolve critical issues, including vendor escalations and bug investigations
  • Provide operational support for critical incidents and outages (including on-call)

We seek an individual with a strong background in the Payments Industry, including experience working with third-party vendors and external stakeholders. A history of success in financial services, preferably in a digital or retail banking environment, is also highly valued.
