Card Payments Specialist Role

As a key member of our Digital Banking and Payments team, you will be responsible for providing expert support for card payments systems, including transaction switch and scheme integrations.

This role involves analyzing and troubleshooting transaction issues, identifying fixes or vendor escalations, and working closely with vendors, business SMEs, and internal teams to ensure seamless payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support for card payments systems

  • Support tokenisation and smarter fraud monitoring
  • Support releases, vendor fixes, and bug investigations
