Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to fill this role.
Main Responsibilities:- Configuration and Implementation: Configure, customize, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to client requirements.
- Integration and Support: Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems, provide technical support, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- API Integration: Experience working with APIs for data exchange and integration between different systems.
- Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, work independently and as part of a team.
