About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to join our team.

This position involves configuring, implementing and supporting SuccessFactors EC, Time Off and Payroll modules.

As a Principal Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and implement solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuration and Implementation: Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off and Payroll modules according to client requirements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor.
  • Integration and Support: Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide team.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science discipline.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S/4HANA HR and understanding of AU/US payroll processes.
  • This role involves configuring, implementing and supporting these modules.
  • SAP SuccessFactors: Strong knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SF API, Time Off, SAP S/4HANA.
  • API Integration: Experience working with APIs for data exchange and integration between different systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, work independently and as part of a team.
