Key Responsibilities:- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor
- Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S4 Hana HR and understanding of AU/US payroll process would be added advantage.
- Strong knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SF API, Time Off , SAP S4 Hana.
- API Integration: Experience working with APIs for data exchange and integration between different systems.
- Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
