SAP Digital Consultant

This role involves leading the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC Time Off, and Payroll modules.
Skillset Requirement:- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor.
- Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks independently and collaboratively, with excellent analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.
About the RoleA tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is required. This position offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop new skills, and contribute to the growth and success of clients.
