**Role – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
Location: Perth, Australia

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR, with a solid understanding of AU/US payroll processes. Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively. A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is required.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Configuration and Implementation:
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor
- Integration and Support:
- Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
Essential
Skill / Competencies / Experience:
- Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
PREFERRED
- Minimum 10+years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S4 Hana HR and understanding of AU/US payroll process would be added advantage.
- This role is likely involve configuring, implementing, and supporting these modules.
- SAP SuccessFactors: Strong knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SF API, Time Off , SAP S4 Hana.
- API Integration: Experience working with APIs for data exchange and integration between different systems.
- Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, work independently and as part of a team.
