The opportunity

  • Develop and lead customer retention analytics initiatives to inform business growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimize retention programs and drive campaign outcomes.
  • Proactively identify areas of product churn and process failure, leveraging data insights to inform tactical decisions.

About you

  • Strong technical skills in Excel (macro level) and SQL are required, as well as experience with data governance and systems.
  • Familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Enterprise Miner, or other data visualization tools is also preferred.
  • In addition to a relevant tertiary qualification, certification in SAS, AWS, or other relevant technologies is advantageous.
