We are seeking an experienced Chief Data Strategist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business goals.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a data strategy that drives business value and growth.
  • Lead a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into decision-making processes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior data leadership role or relevant digital product leadership experience.
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis and visualization, including AWS, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience leading projects and people, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving results.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale efficient teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Transformational leadership skills, including prioritization and engagement.

Benefits:

  • Salary up to $250,000 + STI & LTI.
