Job Role

We're Seeking a Data Analytics Expert

To drive enhancements in patient safety and quality, we require someone who can integrate multiple data sources to develop analytical tools and visualizations, supporting initiatives related to patient outcomes and experience.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinical teams to define data requirements, ensuring compliance with National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.

About this role:

  • Expertise in data analytics tools including Power BI, SQL, DAX, MDX, and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in relational databases and data warehousing
  • Ability to translate complex clinical data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and complex healthcare environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate, negotiate, and build effective relationships at all levels
