  • Purpose-built tools for connecting, managing, and controlling client data, with features like client and group matching, searching, and views, discrepancies, and syncing.

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client training and development, as well as supporting the practice at all levels. The primary relationship is with the Distribution Manager, with the Training and Relationship Manager (TRM) supporting Principal, Administrators, and Advisers.

The secondary responsibility is to support advisers within dealerships who have approved Netwealth as a platform provider, assisting with their training needs and growing their use of our products.

This role may involve interstate travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Netwealth clients.
  • Market Netwealth products to existing advisory groups, driving business growth and expanding our distribution network.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Distribution Manager to grow new sales and strengthen the pipeline.
  • Administer the Sales and Distribution Manager's pipeline.
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships with clients and advisers.
  • Build our training commitment to advisers who work with Netwealth.
  • Mentor other team members in business development and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to Netwealth business development strategies and events.
