Job Role Overview

This role offers a unique mix of account management and new business development opportunities. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns for real estate agents across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work closely with our in-house creative designer to design campaigns and liaise directly with your agent clients to ensure successful campaign execution. This includes providing monthly reporting on campaign success and selling value-added services to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for client matters
  • Selling Facebook, Google, and Instagram marketing to Real Estate Agents
  • Retaining existing customer base and upselling to promote growth
  • Educating customers on how to get the most out of our online digital marketing products and training on boosting their online presence
  • Participating in meetings and providing feedback on trends
  • Learning about new functionality to provide the best opportunity for upselling
  • Manually adding assets in our state-of-the-art digital marketing platform
