Digital Account Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their digital transformation journey, helping them achieve their goals and objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to deliver long-term value and success.
  • Analyse data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies to drive results.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to meet client objectives, leveraging expertise in SEO, PPC, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager, with a track record of delivering successful client outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
