Job Title

This is a Digital Marketing role that will play an important part in the company's digital transformation.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement communication plans using digital, video and print marketing tools:
    • Content development - prepare content as required for publications, newsletters, staff profiles and website information;
    • Social media - develop and post content to monitor, improve and report on performance;
    • Co-ordinate paid Google advertising as required;
    • Website - maintain and monitor. Analyse and report on website performance and analytics;
    • Video - create and distribute video content; Graphic Design - maintain a suite of template brochures utilising Adobe InDesign.
  • Assist the Digital Transformation team to migrate data and design and build improved systems and processes in a new tech stack including:
    • Design and develop a Salesforce CRM and client intake process;
    • Develop firm-wide templates in SmarterDrafter for the value pricing model;
    • Contribute to the development of a firm-wide workflow management system linked to client intake;
    • Design and develop improved dashboard and reporting for enhanced firm-wide data analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or Technology;
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital channels and strategies.
