A typical week at our agency? Monday mornings kicks off with a motivational speech from our CEO, then we dive into creating exceptional outcomes for our clients, followed by a mid week mediation and then we wrap up the week celebrating our wins, with a deep sense of accomplishment.

About the role...
Let's face it, automotive is all about relationships.... this role is about who you know and your black book. As Automotive New Business Manager you'll have a proven track record in building strong pipelines and closing deals in the automotive space with larger dealer groups and OEMs....
A bit about you..
- A strategic consultant with a genuine passion for digital marketing and the automotive industry.
- Someone who thrives on guiding prospects through our tailored sales process.
- Autonomous, highly motivated, with a strong work ethic.
- Strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication/presentation skills.
- Charisma, creativity, and charm... you are warm, friendly and trustworthy
- Laser-focused time management and prioritisation.
- A fearless operator who smashes sales targets and leaves no stone unturned.

- Proven track record of building a strong sales pipeline and consistently exceeding targets.
- Experience in automotive, media, or digital sales (highly regarded).
- Familiarity with dealership structures, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- A current driver's licence and vehicle (essential).
