Job Summary:
Neami National is seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in the Northern Territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians and intake officers, providing clinical oversight and leadership to the multidisciplinary team, and guiding the delivery of high-quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of clinicians and intake officers to deliver high-quality mental health services.
  • Provide clinical oversight and leadership to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Guide the delivery of high-quality mental health intake, assessment, triage, and referral services.
  • Ensure individuals seeking support are referred to a service that meets their needs and is consistent with the 'stepped care' approach.

Requirements:
  • Registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate from AHPRA, or Social Worker with membership from AASW.
  • A valid Working with Children Card and Australian Driver's licence.
