About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Health Educator and Program Coordinator to lead our clinical mental health treatment interventions and education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, leading, and supervising staff to ensure best practice is met across the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic quality improvement approach to provide guidance on the implementation and sustainability of our Mental Health Division's orientation and induction program.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure an integrated approach to delivering the orientation program.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures to enable the smooth implementation of the Early Career Graduation Program.
  • Evaluate and embed evidence-based practices, including Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA), informed peer practice supervision within clinical teams.
  • Provide support to clinical leads and managers in their roles.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, OT, Nursing, or Allied Health.
  • Eligibility for registration with AHPRA or AASW depending on discipline.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent stakeholders and establish partnership approaches.
  • 5 years' experience in a health-related discipline, with leadership experience desirable.
  • Demonstrated project management experience in leading reforms and change management processes.

What We Offer

HPSS Level 4.2: $108,447.94 p/a + Super + Salary packaging option and 5 weeks annual leave. A vehicle is also included in the package + $6K relocation.
