About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Blacktown Terrace Care Community. As a key member of our administration function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with rostering for all team members in the Care Community
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing
  • Provide assistance with client services, tours, and general enquiries
  • Perform reception and other administration duties as required
