Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Contract Coordinator to provide nationwide support to our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the collection and reporting of accurate and timely contract data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Produce high-quality reports for both customers and leadership teams, highlighting trends and compliance outcomes.
  • Report on Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) matters and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment across FM contracts.
  • Oversee job completion and invoicing processes to ensure efficient billing cycles.
  • Support tender preparation and contribute to business development activities.
  • Manage customer complaints with professionalism and clear documentation of actions taken.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in using IT systems for business outcomes.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with negotiation strengths.
  • Experience drafting professional business documentation.
