Commercial Manager

**About the Role:**

  • We are seeking a security-cleared professional to join our organization in a permanent capacity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement a comprehensive contract management framework.
  • Review and provide input into contracts and commercial documents.
  • Liaise with senior management, staff, customers, contractors, and other organizations.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports as needed.
  • Develop and implement procurement frameworks.
  • Mentor junior staff members.
  • Support contract negotiations.
  • Provide advice and assistance related to commercial matters.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience within the Defence industry.
  • Experience in a commercial role.
  • Desirable legal qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Process-orientated with good attention to detail.
  • Minimum NV1 security clearance and ability to upgrade if required.
