
Mental Health Service Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health support to young people.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and mentor an existing team of Mental Health Practitioners, providing clinical guidance on the management of complex and high needs clients within agreed service areas and in line with expertise and qualifications.
You will contribute to ongoing service development, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and provide clinical supervision in both individual and group settings.

- Provide clinical supervision in both individual and group settings.">
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need:

- ">
- Tertiary degree qualification applicable to the role – i.e. psychology, counselling, social work, or similar.">
- Registration with relevant professional body – i.e. minimum Level 4 ACA, PACFA Clinical, APHRA, AASW mental health social worker accreditation.">
- Extensive experience working with clients experiencing trauma in an FDSV setting (mandatory).">
- Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams in clinical settings.">
- Previous experience supporting CALD clients.">
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and WWCC.">
- The right to work in Australia.">
