This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Lead in Fairfield, Australia.
Key Responsibilities of the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team delivering accessible mental health support to young people.
- Lead and mentor a team of Mental Health Practitioners
- Provide clinical guidance on the management of complex clients
- Contribute to ongoing service development
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary degree qualification applicable to the role
- Registration with relevant professional bodies
- Extensive experience working with trauma-informed care
- Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and WWCC
