This is a pivotal role in advancing organisational culture by delivering holistic wellbeing programs, strengthening events that promote diversity and equity, and uplifting belonging through internal communications and campaigns.
About the Role- Lead wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives on an initial 5-6 month contract, driving cultural impact and engagement globally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organisational culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional steering groups, and regional representatives globally to shape and amplify key initiatives.
- Design and deliver holistic wellbeing programs and employee engagement initiatives to improve employee experience and well-being.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as a specialist from within HR teams. They should be responsible for leading program management of a wide variety of D&I initiatives, ideally across multinational remits.
