Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. As the Chief Inclusion Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture and fostering an inclusive work environment.

This high-profile position involves collaborating with senior leaders, employee resource groups, and stakeholders to drive focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion at both a functional and organisational level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to inform business priorities and employee engagement
  • Strategising and influencing DEI initiatives across the organisation
  • Project managing and collaborating with peers locally and globally

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion specialist role
  • Desirable: RAP experience
  • Experience managing compliance reporting and accreditations such as AWEI and WGEA Employer of Choice
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills across all levels to influence change and drive delivery and accountability
