About the Opportunity
Shaping an inclusive and equitable workplace is at the forefront of this role. Reporting to the People Manager, you will design and implement strategies that drive reconciliation, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of inclusion across the organization.
- Design, execute, and evaluate diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Provide training for staff and managers to enhance awareness and understanding of diversity issues.
- Analyze workforce data to support reporting requirements.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee diversity and inclusion projects and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and briefings for senior management.
Requirements and Qualifications

- Can effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Has advanced skills in managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks.
- Exhibits excellent time management skills and prioritizes tasks effectively.
- Ensures personal safety and health while preventing adverse effects on others.
