Job Title: Chief Inclusion Strategist

About the Role:

This is a key position for an experienced professional to lead our diversity and inclusion efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance inclusivity and belonging.

Responsibilities:

  • Benchmark current organisational diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance inclusivity and belonging
  • Design and deliver training programs to foster inclusive leadership and culture development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cultural change and promote diversity and inclusion

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in roles responsible for D&I gained across different industries
  • Strong project management skills, including excellent planning and execution
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously, driven by outcomes that enhance behaviour and performance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Psychology, Organisational Development, Leadership, or Adult Learning
