**Data Delivery Leader Role**

Drive Data Simplicity deliverables for the ES25 program.

This challenging role involves leading a team to achieve project goals while fostering collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive plans during PI planning and track progress against established benchmarks.
- Expertly manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate among technical teams, architects, business stakeholders, ASM teams, and external suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in navigating contractual arrangements and operating within allocated budgets to provide accurate forecasting to project completion.
- Conduct solution demos to showcase project achievements and milestones, and spearhead continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops to enhance the agility level of the Service Team.
- Actively participate in relevant Communities of Practice contributing to enterprise-wide process enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in Project/Program Management.
- SAFE Agile Certification is a must.
- Background in Data and Analytics, with a preference for experience on the AWS tech stack.
- Prior Telecom experience is desirable.
