Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced residential property manager to oversee a portfolio of shared living spaces in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and colleagues.

The residential property manager will be responsible for managing 4+ houses with 5-6 people in each house, conducting routine maintenance, lease renewals, and administrative tasks. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues, and contractors, handling all correspondence between the company and owners/tenants, and working part-time (20-25 hours per week) with opportunities for full-time growth.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management is essential
  • A valid property management registration

  • A high level of care factor and customer service skills
  • A driver's license
