What's the role?

We're seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our Hilti Outperformer Program, a two-year global management development program designed to accelerate your career in senior management.

Who is Hilti?

What does the role involve?

As a Hilti Outperformer, you'll be involved in a range of international projects, with exposure to senior management and the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The program is split into four main stages of work:

  • 12 months as an account manager or field engineer in the country where you apply.
  • 2 months local accounting in the country where you apply.
  • 4 months on a project in the regional headquarters (Singapore).
  • 6 months on a strategic project outside the region South Asia Pacific.

What you need is:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have recently graduated with a master's degree or PhD, and have a strong background in business management or engineering. You'll also need to be multilingual, with fluency in English and another language, and have gained international experience during your work or studies.
