Job Summary

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Service Associate to provide efficient food and beverage service that exceeds our guest expectations. As a key member of our hotel community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with our team to create personalised experiences for guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient food and beverage service that exceeds guest expectations.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a high level of service quality, adhering to our hotel's standards and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • RSA (NSW) required.
  • Point of Sale (POS) experience.
  • Excellent Food & Beverage knowledge.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster.
  • Service oriented with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and energetic.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts.
  • Strong focus and passion for hotel operations.
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong personal integrity.
