We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our front desk operation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and owners.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a genuine passion for customer service and the local area. Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

You will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing information on local attractions, completing department-related paperwork, and utilizing all communication equipment. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will shine through in every interaction, making each guest feel valued and respected.

How You Will Be Rewarded

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
