Your primary responsibility will be to support the Head of Sales in enhancing efficiency across our sales team by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on key data. Your insights will be instrumental in helping the team achieve revenue goals and refine sales processes for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Salesforce CRM: Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator to drive improvements, deliver clear data, and implement reporting and automations for the sales team.
- Ensure Sales Process Alignment: Drive governance and consistency across different teams by ensuring alignment across sales processes within the CRM.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Extract and analyze data from various business databases, providing recommendations to improve opportunity management and sales hygiene.
- Sales Materials and Aids: Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing Team to develop sales materials and aids, enabling the sales team to meet their KPIs.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Partner with the Finance Team to develop accurate forecasting reports, continuously improving pipeline management processes for better accuracy, predictability, and qualitative insights.
- Sales Team Performance Analysis: Support the analysis of sales team performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships between Sales, Implementation, and Client teams, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and procedures.
