Job Title: Senior Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving staff capability development and enabling progression pathways.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience delivering impactful adult learning and coaching, as well as registered nurse registration with AHPRA and experience working in clinical environments.

About the Role:
  • Deliver an enhanced induction program in partnership with our Organisational Capability team and Clinical Capability Manager.
  • Implement timely mandatory learning processes that meet organizational priorities and model of care.
  • Facilitate engaging capability development programs that align with organizational goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver effective learning experiences for staff members.
  • Coach clinicians in best practice care delivery and provide feedback on their performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of learning events and impact.
