Job Description

This is a highly skilled role requiring expert support for SAP HR. The incumbent will ensure the smooth operation of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes, responding to incidents and resolving issues in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have strong understanding of payroll processes, HR workflows, and workforce planning. They will be responsible for implementing configuration changes as needed to enhance system functionality and user experience, monitoring HR workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.

Key responsibilities include providing HCM functional support for SAP HR, addressing incidents and resolving issues; implementing configuration changes; monitoring HR workflows; supporting payroll applications; creating and managing wage types; and assisting in workforce planning support tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HCM functional support, specifically with SAP HR.
  • Strong communication and training skills, with ability to convey complex information clearly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to respond to incidents effectively, and experience in configuring SAP HR modules and managing wage types.
