As a key player in our Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of HR management.

Your responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, grievance and case management, investigations, and maintaining accurate records.

This role supports multiple organisational programs, employees, and management throughout the employment lifecycle, focusing on creating an inclusive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing well-being and professional development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will provide expert support on HR issues such as employee relations, performance management, and organisational development, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and practices.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline is required.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage competing priorities is essential.
  • Maintain current 'Working with Vulnerable People' registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR advisory roles, including providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and discretion when handling sensitive information are necessary.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends and best practices is required.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
