
Executive HR Leader

The role of Human Resource Expert involves leading a team responsible for delivering key HR functions, including workforce management, recruitment, strategic workforce planning, pay, conditions of service, employee relations and work health and safety.
As a Human Resource Expert, you will drive and support a team to deliver divisional KPIs, build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to support the organisation to achieve its priorities, contribute to the strategic and corporate planning and reporting processes, manage section budgets, instigate continuous improvement activities, anticipate and seek to minimise risks that may impact on outcomes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and HR best practice.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks- Lead a team of HR professionals to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Drive business outcomes through effective people management practices, including talent acquisition, development, engagement and retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and guidelines that support the achievement of organisational objectives.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of HR services and support the delivery of organisational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
