About the Role:

  • Develop and execute product strategies for AI-powered service delivery in JSM
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including Cloud Platform, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and mutual success
  • Drive the development and launch of new features and products, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud-based technologies
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products, with a focus on user experience and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
