About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Software Engineer to join our team in Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior GenAI Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge solutions that leverage the power of generative AI to solve complex business problems.

  • Design and implement cloud-based software architectures using Azure and AWS, ensuring best practices and mandatory requirements are met.
  • Design and implement software components that integrate with generative AI models and applications.
  • Integrate advanced generative AI models, such as large language models (LLMs) and Transformers, to address specific business needs.
  • Seamlessly incorporate generative AI capabilities into existing or new applications to enhance user experiences and drive innovation.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of generative AI models to ensure they meet desired accuracy, efficiency, and scalability standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI research and technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to ensure successful delivery of generative AI projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in Technology services, with strong emphasis on Software Engineering delivery and architecture.
  • A proven track record in guiding clients through advisory, technology selection, and solutioning, playing an outcome-focused role in leading complex transformation projects.
  • Strong full-stack development skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, Java, or C++, as well as experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks.
  • Expertise in generative AI, including in-depth knowledge of generative AI techniques, LLMs, GANs, and their applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally Azure but AWS experience is also valuable.
  • Proficiency in using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Understanding of software architecture principles and ability to contribute to the design of scalable and maintainable systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
