About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Experience Review Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will embark on an exciting journey across Australia, visiting our iconic Discovery Parks locations to ensure that each site delivers a first-class experience that delights our valued guests.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct On-Site Quality Assurance Reviews: Focus on cleanliness, condition, and overall guest experience at each location.
  2. Assess Food Safety and Service Standards: Ensure compliance with all regulations and best practices at locations offering dining options.
  3. Provide Detailed Feedback and Actionable Insights: Collaborate with site managers to elevate our service to new heights.
  4. Drive Continuous Improvement: Work with teams to ensure every Discovery Parks location offers an unforgettable experience.
Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you must possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, initiative, and flexibility to meet our growing business demands. Key requirements include:

  1. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  2. Proven ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  3. Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Proven experience in coaching and delivering feedback.
  5. Food Safety training, desirable.
  6. Valid and current driver's license.
  7. Ability to travel extensively within Australia.
