Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Guest Services team with general operational tasks, including processing guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our hotel and the surrounding area, including local attractions and amenities, to provide guests with personalized recommendations and insider knowledge.
  • Assign rooms to guests based on their preferences and needs, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and comfortable.
  • Handle general hotel inquiries, engage with guests, and inspire them to explore the local area and experience all that our hotel has to offer.
  • Assist with verifying and adjusting guest billing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.

About You:

  • Experience working with property management systems, such as OPERA.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
