About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Experience Review Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will embark on an exciting journey across Australia, visiting our iconic Discovery Parks locations to ensure that each site delivers a first-class experience that delights our valued guests.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site quality assurance reviews, focusing on cleanliness, condition, and overall guest experience.
  • Assess food safety and service standards at locations offering dining options, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.
  • Provide detailed feedback and actionable insights to site managers, helping to elevate our service to new heights.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement, ensuring that every Discovery Parks location offers an unforgettable experience.
Requirements
  • A high level of energy, self-motivation, initiative, and flexibility to meet our growing business demands.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in coaching and delivering feedback.
  • Food Safety training, desirable.
  • A valid and current driver's license.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Australia.
