Job Opportunity:
- Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver end-to-end advisory and support services.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Manage enterprise agreement bargaining processes in a complex environment with professionalism and expertise.
- Collaborate with leaders and staff to provide accurate and timely advice and consultancy services.
- Contribute to workforce planning, job design, performance management, capability development, people management, employee relations, and industrial relations with a focus on strategic alignment.
- Ensure the delivery of the organization's People Strategy and contribute to a range of activities supporting the organization's culture, goals, and objectives.
