Job Title: Infrastructure Performance Reporting Analyst

The Portfolio Performance Reporting Team is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join their team as an Infrastructure Performance Reporting Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality reports, submissions, and correspondence that demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present quality documentation, submissions, reports, briefs, and correspondence.
  • Use Excel and PowerBI to prepare data and reports that support decision-making.
  • Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics to senior management and government stakeholders, driving continuous improvement through business intelligence tools and optimized workflows.
  • Participate in project teams to develop, implement, maintain, and review programs, policies, and procedures that support the department's strategic direction.
  • Establish and maintain networks to monitor issues and changes, and identify best practices approaches to implementing consistent processes for infrastructure and planning-related services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Skilled communicator delivering complex financial and non-financial information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge and understanding of portfolio and program management practices and processes within large organizations.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, delivering innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Strong skills with Excel and PowerBI.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet strict monthly reporting deadlines.
