Infrastructure Automation Specialist

This is a challenging role for an experienced Infrastructure Automation Specialist who will help build and maintain the digital infrastructure of our organization. Reporting to the Senior Development Leader, this specialist will primarily work with the IT, Software & Digital Infrastructure Team (SDI), and AI/ML teams to automate infrastructure management, build CI/CD pipelines, and improve overall system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, and manage on-premises product systems.
  • Automate different software processes by designing, maintaining, and managing tools.
  • Define and develop system backup and recovery strategies.
  • Diagnose and resolve server configuration, deployments, and database-related issues.
  • Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows.
  • At least two years' experience in CI/CD pipeline management, including tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration.
  • Understanding of networking basics, including DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and interest in High-Performance Computing (HPC) hardware and infrastructure.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
